For your peace of mind and to provide the best service and quality possible, we ensure that all vehicles are of Satisfactory Quality at the point of sale.Â
All of our vehicles have full health checks and any required items are replaced and/or serviced with all work carried out prior to sale.
To get a clean MOT for the new owner we ensure all tyres are above 3.0mm (legal limit 1.6mm) and we ensure no less than 3500 miles until the next service is due.
All vehicles are tested to 70mph through a range of driving conditions.
We also keep extensive records of everything for each vehicle including images, videos, health checks plus any preparatory work for future reference.
As you can tell by our reviews on all platforms, customer satisfaction is our goal and so in addition to your consumer rights, we offer;

ENGINE & GEARBOX WARRANTY 3 months/3000 miles (back to base)
EML lights, tapping and knocking, fluid leaks, smoke, gearbox crunches, gearbox failing to shift, gearbox grinding, DPF/catalytic converter, sensor issues, wiring issues
Anything internally inside those components is covered providing it is not caused by accident, wear and tear, misuse or rodent infestation
Wear and tear includes items such as brakes, tyres, suspension components, rotational parts and items naturally at the end of their lifecycle at the point of sale.
If you do experience an issue which falls outside of the warranty, we can arrange repair at discounted rates over high street mechanics and main dealer prices with potential for multiple pricing options depending on the job specification.Â
We can also supply and fit trim/body kits on cars such as our BMW range on which you will see some if not most benefitting from this excellent upgrade.Â
Our stunning M-Performance kits with have options of carbon style or gloss black, also M-style mirror caps and gloss black double slatted grills
Custom coding is also available on BMW models.
Some vehicles may also be upgraded with Apple Carplay or Android Auto which we can also fit to the vehicle for an additional cost.

If you are financing a vehicle, you may wish to upgrade to a 12 month comprehensive warranty from our standard 3 months.
This includes everything except, general service items, brake pads/discs, tyres and other normal wear and tear.
All other items are covered subject to the standard exclusions mentioned above including accident damage. Check the policy wording for details and note that liability is subject to inspection.
Any garages not authorised directly by ourselves to perform any mechanical work or diagnostic of the vehicle will null and void any warranty you have outstanding on the vehicle with ourselves and we will not incur any cost of any repair/diagnostic you have had carried out without prior authorisation.Â
If financing a vehicle and you would not like to purchase the 12 month full coverage, you will still have your consumer rights but any issue outside of your rights or the standard warranty will be your responsibility to rectify and we will not accept instruction or rejection via finance providers where it is not in line with the law or our warranty terms.
Returns
We do not operate a cooling off or return period but certain remedies under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 may allow for a return if a vehicle cannot be repaired. Where the Act allows for a deduction for usage, which is usually after 30 days, we charge 35 pence per mile which is deducted from the retail price paid. In addition to this, we will charge for any damage, cleaning or other repairs that do not form part of the reason for return.
