After advertising my XF on Autotrader I was contacted immediately by Nathan from C&H. I was offered a very good price for the car which I accepted and the whole process afterwards couldn’t have been easier including collection and payment. I would absolutely recommend this business and in particular Nathan who gave excellent service throughout.

Great company highly recommend

Great experience from start to finish when I purchased my Audi A3 S-Line Quattro cabriolet ! I initially dealt with one of the members of staff who agreed a good part ex value on my Mercedes SLK however I then agreed a private sale so went ahead with just the purchase of the Audi. The price agreed on my new car was well below a main dealers forecourt price so I was extremely pleased with the deal. The owner facilitated the delivery from Wrexham to Sheffield which was unfortunately delayed due to the snow ! The owner kept me updated at all times and called me after I had taken delivery of the Audi to check that everything was in order and that I was happy with the car ! Excellent customer service would highly recommend Carter & Haines to source anyone a car ! Thank you Liz Kennedy

I cannot praise this company highly enough for my buying experience of my new car. I was contacted by Paul who was very courteous and professional and most importantly, interested. The purchase was about as easy as I could ever imagine and he even went the extra mile of going onto the computer and registering and taxing the car for me while I sat in front of him. A very professional company who I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. A real pleasure. Thank you Carter and Haines.

BMW 520D touring

I bought a BMW 520D touring from Carter and Haines and part exchanged my car. They gave a very realistic valuation on my car and the description and price of the BMW was superb. Paul could not do enough to help and answer and questions and was fantastic when the unexpected snow fall delayed the delivery of the BMW. He kept me updated throughout and could not do enough when rearranging the delivery for me to suit my availability. The whole process was simple and straightforward and it was a pleasure to deal with Paul. The car, when it arrived, was fantastic and has been a pleasure to drive and own. I cannot recommend Carter and Haines highly enough.

Sold this car for my 81 yr old father. Incredibly quick, polite, efficient service. No hassles, no skulduggery. Straight forward, straight to the point and to quote another famous brand "they do exactly what they say on the tin". Price agreed on the Friday and at a much higher value than other well known "brands" in this sector and immeasurably higher than trading in with the vehicle manufacturer. The following Wednesday, the Car was assessed, payment made, vehicle transferred to the trade and vehicle driven away within 15 mins!! Can't recommend Carter & Haines highly enough and their representative who collected the car, David, was a credit to the company and the industry. Lovely chap!!

My experience of selling my car with Carter and Haines was great! A gentleman called Carl contacted me regarding my private advert on Gumtree, selling my Nissan Juke. After answering his questions, a sale was agreed, photos were sent and collection was arranged. On the day of collection, the money was transferred into my account. Very simple and swift process. Highly recommended.

I was nervous after being approached by Paul as I’ve heard horror stories about these sorts of deals in the past. Had my Corsa VXR collected at a superb price (better than all garages and private sellers) and had a Ford Focus RS delivered! Quick and easy and didn’t even have to leave the house!
